Every animal purchased from TortoisesWorld.com, including tortoises for sale, turtles for sale, Panther Chameleons for sale, geckos for sale, and other live animals, comes with a 7-day Health Guarantee, subject to the terms below.
7-Day Health Guarantee
To qualify for the guarantee, please carefully review and follow the care sheet provided with your new reptile or other live animal.
If your animal passes away within 7 days of delivery, we will replace the animal once the required information has been provided and the claim has been approved.
To verify proper care, we may require photographs showing:
- The animal’s habitat
- Heating equipment
- UV lighting, where applicable
- Appropriate substrate
- Food and water access
- Other aspects of the setup relevant to the animal’s care
This information helps us confirm that the animal was housed and cared for according to its recommended requirements.
Replacement Policy
If an eligible animal passes away within the seven-day guarantee period, TortoisesWorld.com will provide a replacement animal at no additional animal cost.
The customer is responsible only for shipping costs when a replacement animal is shipped.
Health guarantee claims are reviewed individually, and proper care must be verified before a replacement can be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship live animals Monday through Saturday via FedEx Overnight. Shipments require a signature upon delivery and normally arrive before noon.
A FedEx tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout on the evening the order ships, allowing you to monitor your shipment and prepare for delivery.
